Upper Community integrates with Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.net and NMI

Upper Community integrates with Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google My Business, YouTube and Pinterest. You can even schedule your content to these platforms from inside of Upper Community including direct posting of Reels and TikTok's (with no manual pushing required!)

You can technically manage multiple businesses inside one Upper Community account – things like websites, funnels, forms, and social media scheduling can all be separated and managed under the same roof. But, there are some limitations to be aware of that might impact your setup:
Only one Stripe and PayPal integration per account
Only one email sending domain
Only one custom client portal domain
Only one connected Google or Facebook business profile for reviews/reputation
Because of these limitations – especially when it comes to separating client communications, payment systems, and branding – we usually recommend having a separate Upper Community accounts for each business. It’ll give you a much smoother backend and avoid any confusion between your clients.
That said, if you’re happy to manually segment your systems and the limitations above don’t impact you, it is possible to keep both inside one account using separate folders, tags, and workflows to keep everything tidy.
You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will continue to re-bill monthly or annually (based on which plan you select) until you cancel, which we're sure you won't want to do!
Yes! You can absolutely connect an unlimited number of custom domains to your Upper Community account. That said, just a heads up: you can only have one email sending domain per account. So if you're planning to run multiple businesses from the same account, it’s worth considering how that might impact your email setup. For more on this, we recommend checking out our FAQ titled “Can I Run Multiple Businesses...” to make sure it’s the right fit for how you're planning to operate.
If you already have a website that you love, you can absolutely keep it right where it is and still be able to make use of Upper Communities features. For example, you can link or embed your forms and calendars onto your existing website so the data flows seamlessly into your CRM. You can still make use of our funnels, blog, courses, communities and more and all of these features will still look beautifully cohesive with your existing website.

Yes, you can absolutely add team members to your account - and as many as you like! Whether you’ve got a small support team or a growing crew of VA's, assistants, or coaches, you can invite them in and assign different permissions so they only see what they need to. You stay in full control of what’s visible to who.
Yes, you can host multiple websites inside your account - and there’s no limit to how many you can create. That means you can build out websites for different offers, audiences, or projects all under one roof. Each website can have its own custom domain too, so it all looks and feels polished and professional. That said, if you’re planning to run multiple separate businesses under one account, there are a few limitations to be aware of - like only having one email sending domain, Stripe account, and client portal domain. Yes, you absolutely can! Our System has a built-in affiliate manager that lets you set up and run your own affiliate programs with ease. You can create campaigns for different offers, assign unique links to your affiliates, track their referrals and commissions, and even customize your payout structure (flat fee or percentage). You’re also able to add affiliates automatically through a form and onboarding workflow, making it super simple to grow your referral network.
One thing to note: each affiliate campaign is tied to a specific offer or funnel, rather than one global program - so if you’re selling multiple products or services, you can create separate campaigns with different commission rates for each. That gives you a lot more flexibility and control.
Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or manually - whatever suits you best.
